CE has experience in investigating surface and subsurface contamination and the planning and implementation of remedial action plans. Professional services include:

CE has provided environmental surveys for numerous property owners and mortgage banks to assess the environmental implications of property transitions.

CE staff specializes in underground storage tank investigations, having investigated over twenty petroleum storage tank sites and has prepared design specifications for tank removal and remediation. Major clients include the City of New York where CE provided site investigations and remediation plans for the management of spills from underground fuel storage facilities) at New York City Fire Engine companies.

CE has also provided site investigation and remediation services to the following clients: Bear Stearns, Bulova Watch Company, Bank of Hamptons, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Horberg Gage and Grinding Company, Beacon Tex-Print, AVCO Lycoming, and Ciba Geigy.

CE staff is certified in risk-based corrective action (ASTM E1739-95) methods for assessing site cleanup requirements.
